Founding Director, Jon Hare, graduated from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2007, specialising in Technical & Production Management. Since then Jon has gone on to work on shows at the National Theatre, Young Vic, and Roundhouse as well production managing the Assembly Halls, the flagship venue for Assembly Festivals, at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2017.
Jon has stage managed for End of the Road and Greenbelt Festivals, working with a number of high-profile artists including Alt-J, Alabama Shakes, Edwin Collins, Jarvis Cocker and Sinead O'Connor. Most recently, he was a Consultant and Manager to his local Brentwood Theatre, as part of a planned re-structure, introducing new policies and controls, as well as overseeing significant safety improvements for the venue.
Site Management contracts have included the Bloomsbury Festival in London, the Morgan Centenary Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse, installation and operation of Public Address Systems for Windsor during the 2018 Royal Wedding, and the International Festival Milton Keynes.
Jon has also worked in a management role for numerous other event companies, involving Gala Fundraisers, Awards Ceremonies, Product Launches, Private Parties and AGM Conferences.
Jon is a confident planner, who enjoys putting the important detail into events for clients and providing a relaxed, but focussed environment where performers and presenters can concentrate on their jobs, without the added worry of everything else around them.
